General Manager Skills & Experience

You are an assistant manager or shift supervisor looking for an opportunity to advance in your career.

You have experience with and enjoy coaching and managing teams.

Interviewing and training experience a plus

Experience with Toast and Open Table a plus

Require operational excellence, recognize legendary acts of leadership, and develop management staff in all areas of restaurant leadership and Company standards.

Two years full service restaurant experience at a General Manager level preferred.

Regulate compliance with work authorization, liquor service, wage and hour laws and break requirements where applicable.

Minimum of 2 years full service restaurant leadership experience required.

Salary level is determined by relevant experience.
