Minimum of 3 years of floor service, related skill, knowledge, and experience

Three plus years of staff management experience or equivalent

Bachelor’s Degree in Restaurant Management or related area

Manage FOH tipout procedures and payroll input, and ensure all is correct by payroll processing time.

Balance administrative responsibilities with service responsibilities.

Work with the entire leadership team to drive the success of Bear.

Oversee organization, efficiency and policies pertaining to service in the dining room.

Enhance and strengthen guest relationships, both established and new.

Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within Food and Beverage as a General Manager, Director or hotel environment

High school diploma, or general equivalency diploma (GED) a plus, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; some college preferred

Facilitate daily line-ups with service teams using excellent communication skills

Exceptionally strong guest focus mentality, with the ability to provide an exceptional dining experience and hospitality for each guest

Be knowledgeable with POS systems and procedures

Possess strong interpersonal and motivational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and inspire staff
