Manages delivery of contract operations, maintenance, and /or repair services to County owned Water Systems.

Plans, organizes, and coordinates assigned activities relating to the operation, maintenance and preventative maintenance, extensions and improvement of the Water Systems.

Prepares plans, specifications, and estimates for public works construction projects.

Prepares and maintains accurate records, correspondence, technical, and narrative reports relative to a range of water system activities.

Monitors compliance under County water connection agreements; monitors eligibility of Water System water allocations.

Provides information to the public, contractors, engineers, developers, and representatives of other governmental agencies; coordinates activities of contract operators.

Coordination of the annual Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) including developing content to meet regulatory requirements.

Two (2) years of progressively responsible paraprofessional experience in the program or operational area or a related field.

Must obtain an Oregon Boater Education Card.

Knowledge of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Safe Drinking Water Act and Oregon Health Authority Drinking Water Rules.

Experience in development, implementation, and ongoing program coordination.

Experience in both technical writing and presentations.
