Knowledge of technological processes used in the process of device manufacturing, including crystal growth and epitaxy

Hands-on experience in materials characterization using electronic, optical and x-ray methods

Experience in evaluation and optimization of technological processes

Experience in writing proposals, reports and preparation of presentations in an R&D environment

Knowledge of scientific principles and practice of crystal characterization, including electrical, optical and x-ray characterization methods

Knowledge of theory and practice of vacuum equipment and processes

Conduct review of scientific or other literature to maintain and improve laboratory knowledge/skills.

Computer Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft suite of programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), formula/database type systems, and capable user.

Apply knowledge of sensory and consumer testing techniques and principles to influence consumer test design and collaborate intelligently with sensory team.

3+ years successful experience in product development in the beverage industry.

Beverage Manufacturing: Knowledge of and ability to apply carbonated and non-carbonated beverage processing techniques (e.g., proportioning, carbonating, syrup manufacturing, filling).

Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a demanding environment

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office with a strong proficiency in Excel spread sheets, using formulas, pivot tables, filters, etc.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of the insurance industry

Have the ability for re-prioritizing key tasks and meet with manager and director to provide updates of findings and outcomes

2 years accounts receivable experience in the medical field required

Experience and knowledge of specialty metal manufacturing processes such as vacuum melting, metal powder processing, metal working, precision machining etc.

Effective communication skills, results orientated attitude, ability to work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams. Self-starter, enjoys working under minimal supervision

Experience and/or know-how with data acquisition, data processing, digitization and automation will be a differentiator.

Operating equipment in the R&D labs (optical microscopes, SEM, X-ray, furnaces, lab-scale melting, casting, hot-pressing etc.)

Planning and executing experiments and small batch production.

Minimum of 8 years of experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience.

Microscope and fine-wire or very small component experience is a must.

Small mechanical assembly experience, working under a microscope required.

Experience working with epoxies or adhesives.

Experience fine soldering under microscope of extremely small wires.

Medical device experience is a plus.

Assists in efforts to evaluate and identify design solutions which meet product/performance requirements, cost targets, and manufacturability requirements.

Must be able to work and manage time efficiently.

Working knowledge of applicable FDA and ISO standards a plus.

Experience with Microsoft Windows Office applications including MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint (MS Project a plus).

Solidworks working knowledge a plus.

Knowledge of common manufacturing methodologies, technologies, and materials employed in medical devices preferred.

At least one (1) year experience in R&D from a food, nutritional supplement, pharma manufacturing or food development company.

Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Development and implementation of laboratory procedures.

Analyze and interpret results in written and oral format.

Develop new products and create formulas.

Create new food formulations and samples.

Minimum of a Master's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with deep knowledge in organic chemistry

At least Three years of laboratory experience in a chemical manufacturing environment

Possess fundamental knowledge in distillation as well as thermodynamics and kinetics of chemical reactions.

Possess good manual skills to properly handle the necessary equipment.

Possess knowledge of routine chemical and general laboratory practices with a reasonable knowledge of gas chromatography.

Possess good writing skills in order to write and present laboratory results.

Basic knowledge of civil engineering design principles and practices.

Experience with a consulting engineering firm and completion of industrial projects including designing concrete and steel.

Knowledge of structural engineering design and drafting principles and practices.

Civil 3D knowledge is an asset.

Produce neat, accurate, and legible construction drawings packages according to company procedures and drafting standards with minimal supervision.

Interpret general design information and calculations.
