Location requirements: This role is fully remote within the US

Respond to customer billing questions, customer disputes and escalate to supervisor or manager as needed.

5+ years experience billing experience.

3+ years of experience in posting and applying cash receipts and credit cards.

1+ years experience posting credit cards, work with sales, set up new accounts, and full billing process.

1+ years of experience with Oracle Financials software.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as product management, marketing, and operations to gather requirements and align R&D efforts with business objectives.

Proven experience in leading R&D operations, preferably in a management role

Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget

Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, including project planning, resource allocation, budget management, and milestone tracking.

Demonstrated ability to manage heavy workloads and competing responsibilities related to being staffed on multiple projects at the same time.

Gains depth of experience in a variety of project types, client engagements, therapeutic areas, and Advisory Group service offerings.

Builds positive working relationships with clients, consulting staff, managers, leadership, and internal support teams.

Achieves billable utilization and managed book of business targets in service to client engagements.

Must have experience in creating and evaluating commercial strategy for pharmaceutical brands

Strong presentation and business development skills

Training and experience in the measurement of human abilities and characteristics using a variety of methods and technologies.
