Diversity And Inclusion Facilitator Jobs in Utah

Aligning the Firm’s diversity and inclusion strategy and resources with the Firm’s business and growth objectives;

In partnership with the Business Development and Communications teams, developing and delivering internal and external communications about D&I;

Managing and providing direction to the Diversity & Inclusion team; and

Collaborating with the Talent Development and Talent Acquisition teams to deliver a strategic approach to diversity recruiting and retention.

Experience in developing, coordinating, and implementing identity-based programs and initiatives that advanced retention in a higher education setting.

Experience working within extensive undergraduate, graduate, and research higher education organizational structures, and/or critical student diversity, and inclusion programs.

Demonstrated experience working with and understanding the importance of empowering Native Hawaiians or other indigenous communities in higher education.

Experience in current student diversity and inclusion program planning and evaluation techniques.

Experience in leading, conducting, and preparing performance indicators and assessments for specific student populations.

Strong project/program management experience. Experience in working in highly matrixed or sectorized organization.

Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in Diversity and Inclusion partnership/leadership role

Experience with diversity, cultural proficiencies, laws, and regulations pertaining to equal employment opportunity and supplier diversity.

Experience in promoting an employer brand using both digital and traditional media.

Strong communication, executive presentation skills, and facilitation skills.

Strong analytical skills, including confidence working with numerical data and performing data analysis and reporting.

Serves as an advisor to the City Manager, departments, boards, commissions, and committees on
