Salary Range: 200K to 250K Plus 30% Bonus & Relocation

Inclusively is partnering with a electronic design automation to hire a Director, Inclusion & Diversity.

This position may be location in Sunnyvale, CA, Hillsboro, OR, Austin, TX or Marlboro, MA.

Pay: $155,000.00 - $270,000.00 per year

Deep knowledge of diversity management practices, concepts and trends

Lead and establish strong culture change management across the organization.

Other job duties and projects as assigned.

10+ years of experience leading diversity and inclusion programs with a large global corporation

Experience in development and roll out of diversity training programs

Demonstrated experience articulating a vision, translating it into an executable strategy and driving and delivering against the plan with little oversight

Excellent project management and organizational skills required.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities - Competencies

Manage the execution of assigned projects such as D&B training, ERG events, and executive ownership and participation at relevant internal events.

Manage a budget that supports all D&B Council and ERG initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in the social sciences, human resources, business or related disciplines, or equivalent experience.

Excellent written and verbal communications along with presentation skills, required.

Certifications such as DEI, HR, change management, process improvement, project management, or coaching certificate.

Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in Human Resources, diversity/employee engagement programming or other directly related fields.

Experience in writing internal communications and content creation for print, digital and social media.

Experience with creating and/or administering reports and data metrics.

Educational and Professional assistance programs; Paid Memberships in Professional Associations

Working knowledge of all, but not limited to the following:

REQUIRED EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Bachelor’s degree (or experience in lieu of qualifications), preferably in Human Resources (HR) or Organizational Development (OD)

-Develop, track and manage the inclusion and diversity budget, ensuring optimal ROI on initiatives and activities

-Experience with large scale multiple projects requiring collaboration of multiple functional groups required

Support and execute the Darden leadership team’s inclusion and diversity strategy:-

-Effectively lead direct report/s to deliver on the objectives of the inclusion and diversity strategy
