Distribution Center Shipping Manager Jobs in New York

Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.

Develop reporting tools, while observing and analyzing warehouse processes for the implementation of improvement projects.

Conduct audits of processes and ensure compliance by all personnel

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven track record in handling warehouse set up projects.

Proven track record in running a multi-channel warehouse.

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or related field

Minimum of 7 yrs of HR experience, with at least 5 yrs in a distribution center / manufacturing environment

Prior HR generalist experience with significant employee relations experience is required

Human Resources Certification is preferred

Represents the Company in the community through membership and involvement in various professional and community organizations.

Serves as subject matter expert on Company-wide and cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles

Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
