Minimum 5 years experience in a sales focused role, with management oversight and responsibilities strongly preferred.

Experience with Key Category Management Tools (i.e., ProSpace, PowerBI, Excel, Nielsen, etc.)

Ensures appropriate and effective communication within the program team, senior management, and the executive team, including the CEO

Strong and demonstrated program leadership skills and ability to manage, motivate, and integrate complex, cross-functional drug development teams

Preferred Skills, Qualifications or Technical Proficiencies:

Strong strategic thinking and project management skills

Experience working in Hawai‘i’s public education system

At least 5 years of related work experience

Experience setting vision and leading and managing teams of people to outcomes

Baseline knowledge of Hawai‘i histories, culture, and context

Knowledge of early literacy landscape in Hawai‘I

Experience in directing complex investigations

Identifying individuals thought to be out of compliance in filings with the Department;

Evaluating design professionals’ adherence to proper technical inspection processes;

Reviewing for potential enforcement action cases generated internally and those referred by entities outside of the Unit;

Overseeing daily operations of Unit, including staff functions and maintenance of records in hard copy as well as electronic format;

Coordinating enforcement actions with other Departmental units and Borough offices;

A strong leader with a demonstrated track-record for exhibiting an entrepreneurial spirit coupled with a general management mindset and capabilities.

Manage and own the Walmart Team P&L, including trade investment and overall OpEx considerations.

Demonstrated track-record of experience and success in delivering top and bottom line results.

Leadership experience in CPG marketing, sales or Retail merchandising and marketing is ideal.

Strong interpersonal, written/oral communication and presentation skills

Ensure we have robust category-level Joints Business Plans with corresponding scorecards that represent mutually defined annual goals

Utilize research and knowledge management channels.

Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years as payroll professional and Minimum 3-5y years payroll management experience.

Effectively interact with and support other Countsy staff, management, and internal staff

Excellent time-management and ability to prioritize changing tasks

Will interact directly with Client’s staff at all management levels.
