Define, communicate, and proactively manage project work plans for internal and external stakeholders;

Knowledge of biopharmaceutical R&D functions, roles, and the drug discovery and development process.

Designing test plans and drafts and executing test cases, using Micro Focus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Rally, and TestRail;

Performing System, User Interface (UI), Application Programming Interface (API), Integration, End-to-End, Regression, and User Acceptance testing (UAT) for enterprise application solutions;

Conducting defect prevention meetings and tracking defects, using Bugzilla, Jira, and Redmine;

Executing automated testing utilizing UiPath Studio, Micro Focus LeanFT, and UFT Mobile.

Experience managing Program Managers and Scrum Masters overseeing large, complex programs, with auditing and reporting oversight.

Consulting experience is a plus

Strong written and verbal communications, presentation skills, and meeting facilitation skills

Strong knowledge of program/project agile frameworks and delivery lifecycle practices

Experience streamlining tools and related communication to help reduce administrative overhead for teams

Experience operationalizing and running PI-planning sessions, scrum of scrums, and retrospectives
