Required Education, Skills, and Experience

Create and maintain a robust and highly automated Inventory Management practices: Excess and Obsolete analyses, MRP regular optimization of system settings

Manage label change process in alignment with N/EPD and regulatory partners to minimize disruption of production planning

At least 3-5 years of experience in a S&OP leadership position

APICS CPIM, CSCP or PMP certification preferred

• Proactive Maintenance planning and scheduling in line with defined work management processes weekly.

• Project development, planning and scheduling including weekly and quarterly planning.

• Establish and maintain a Portfolio Master Schedule including monitoring, status reporting and revisions as required.

• Develop, administer, and process Capital Applications (AICP’s) and Capital Expenditure Approvals (CEA’s) in SAP.

• Administration of projects, budgets, funding and closeout in SAP.

• Facilitate proactive development of Maintenance task list and supporting master data for planning.

10+ years’ experience in Supply, Production Planning, Materials Management, or other Sales Inventory & Operations Planning, with people leadership experience.

Oversee and manage the Production Planning function.

Oversee and Manage the Raw Material Planning function.

In-depth knowledge of production planning and scheduling techniques, inventory management, and capacity planning.

Determines production priorities by analyzing customer requirements and production capabilities.

Manages the Purchasing and Production Control departments to plan and complete projects:

Experience with inventory management, procurement, scheduling and interfacing with vendors.

Knowledge of financial tools and systems to perform financial analysis and manage and monitor costs and budgets.

Analyze Material Requirements Schedules (MRS) to ensure hardware production is scheduled and executed to meet customer requirements.

Optimize operational resources; integrate and manage special builds to ensure deadlines are met and negotiate capacity allocation.

Interfaces with other SNL departments/programs to negotiate material and schedule requirements on behalf of both production and development.

Research alternative material/components required to meet hardware requirements.

7+ years’ experience with supply chain management, apparel, or accessories industry preferred.

Excellent planning capabilities with experience with managing teams

Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with internal and external partners.

Advanced computer skills including Excel, Outlook, Access, and ERP systems preferably JDE.

Oversee all packing requirements from our customers are communicated and adhered to by our factories.

Advance Excel skills, basic knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets.

Review historical trends, research drivers affecting capacity requirements such as seasonality, capacity utilization, and use this information to improve the process.

Data mining, develop the process and reports to estimate capacity requirements at the state, county and client level.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

+ 5 years of experience in Master scheduling, Supply Chain, ERP or planning software.

Prior experience with S&OP process a plus.

Strong business acumen and proven experience successfully rolling out process builds via an effective change management process

Knowledge of Materials Requirements Planning

10 -15 years Supply Chain Demand Planning experience, CPG preferred

An Excel whiz with excellent analytical skills, plus great written and verbal communication

Ability to organize work and manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines in an agile environment
