Director Production Control And Planning Jobs in Arkansas

Bachelor’s degree in related subject (Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management or Engineering preferred)

Required Education, Skills, and Experience

Create and maintain a robust and highly automated Inventory Management practices: Excess and Obsolete analyses, MRP regular optimization of system settings

Manage label change process in alignment with N/EPD and regulatory partners to minimize disruption of production planning

At least 3-5 years of experience in a S&OP leadership position

APICS CPIM, CSCP or PMP certification preferred

Advance Excel skills, basic knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets.

Review historical trends, research drivers affecting capacity requirements such as seasonality, capacity utilization, and use this information to improve the process.

Data mining, develop the process and reports to estimate capacity requirements at the state, county and client level.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

+ 5 years of experience in Master scheduling, Supply Chain, ERP or planning software.

Prior experience with S&OP process a plus.
