Excellent writing and communication skills
Experience with corporate accountability and/or narrative strategy campaign design and execution
Depth of experience with government relations on Capitol Hill
Director Of State Advocacy And Civic Engagement

Develop and deliver advocacy skills training and webinars to support local associations.
Manage and moderate GOTV and advocacy communities on YWCA's intranet to engage members and facilitate communication.
Minimum of 7 years of advocacy, government relations, and grassroots engagement experience required.
Demonstrated skill implementing state and local advocacy campaigns, grassroots advocacy principles, and advocacy training programs.
Experience working on YWCA policy priority issues strongly preferred.
Experience working with coalitions and membership organizations.
