Director Operational Risk Managment Jobs

Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of Technology or Risk experience

- Industry network and experience with vendors in the fraud risk management space a plus

- Manage ongoing monitoring activities including threat intelligence, fraud risk profiles, and incident reporting, lessons learned etc.

- Manage the team's book of work including planning, execution and reporting

- 10-15 years of financial services experience

- Experience with leading controls around authentication, identity verification, transaction monitoring and anomaly detection

- Knowledge of the latest fraud threats and schemes impacting financial services firms and our clients

Project Management professional certification through accredited university or Project Management Institute.

Experience with integrating portfolio management structure including Core Teams and Governance Body, project performance analytics, resource planning/utilization, and financial analysis/budgeting.

Experience working in an FDA QSR, IVD Directive/Regulation, and ISO 13485 regulated environment.

Experience working in high paced, innovation environment.

Experience managing global teams and senior leaders (Directors, Associate Director levels)

Eight plus (8+) years of product management/marketing experience

This role is responsible for representing the product management team relative to their assigned portfolio.

Downstream product management activities related to next generation sequencing product lines.

Laboratory or clinical diagnostics experience

Knowledge of laboratory testing, biotechnology, and/or cancer biology

Experience with financial modeling, pricing and data analysis

Financial risk management and budgeting skills are a plus.

A bachelor's degree with focus in Environmental, Health & Safety/Risk/Safety Management, Operations Management, or a closely related field.

Thorough knowledge and experience applying OSHA standards and communicating Federal, State and Local laws and guidelines during site visits/audits.

8+ years of experience in implementing systems to manage warehouse and/or distribution center operational risks.

5+ years of proven experience in operations/industrial related managerial/leadership role(s).

Exercises advanced knowledge of health & safety, industrial hygiene, EPA, EHS, and OSHA regulations.

Delivers educational, training, or other materials to support the desired risk management culture throughout the organization.

Administration of risk management policies and procedures in GRC tool.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related equivalent years of experience.

Development of relationships and knowledge of assigned business lines.

2-5 years prior risk or internal audit experience a plus.

Experience of working in a multinational environment.

Develop relationships with investment manager personnel to increase understanding of key persons and their respective roles and responsibilities at our partners

Manage and coordinate ODD reviews performed by third party service providers, while selectively conducting direct reviews based on key criteria

Monitor progress of reviews, communicate findings/action points to internal stakeholders, and provide feedback to managers

Periodically analyze and review manager due diligence reports, periodic questionnaires, regulatory filings

Deliver presentations internally related to ODD activities, benchmarking analysis and emerging issues affecting managers

Attend industry events and seminars to help keep current around developments affecting managers and Operational Due Diligence

4+ years of Management experience

Influence Operational Risk teams to achieve long-term strategic objectives that impact organization and management across functions

Ensure reporting, escalation, and remediation of issues, deficiencies or regulatory matters regarding operational risk to leaders, committees, and appropriate executive management

Manage the relationship with the Consumer Operations Executive (Operating Committee + 1 level) and the Consumer Controls Executive

Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced leaders

Manage communication and collaboration with business heads, Legal, Audit, and regulators on risk related topics

4+ years of Management experience

Provide training, guidance and support on developing educational material over control documentation, maintenance, and control quality test validation to control owners.

8+ years of experience in a compliance/risk/audit-related practice, including design controls and control systems.

Track record of managing internal relationships and demonstrated experience in leading sustained change and change management efforts

Operational Risk Management (ORM) Framework and Risk and Control Taxonomy

Conduct trainings across CCO on framework education and implementation

Provide training, guidance and support on developing educational material over control documentation, maintenance, and control quality test validation to control owners

Ability to work independently on complex tasks / projects and provide regular progress reports to management

Prior experience in working with Front Office / Sales & Trading preferred
