Facilitate kick-off meetings with Medical, Administrative, Apheresis Managers & Stem Cell Lab Managers/Directors.

Coordinate with Apheresis Managers to guide Cell Lab teams in preparing all necessary storage, logistics, and distribution infrastructure.

Lead onboarding activities for identified treatment centers, ensure patient treatment processes are in place).

Develop roadmap by institution of key personnel and cell therapy onboarding procedures.

Collaborate with MSL team to train the hospital staff including technical and drug-specific modules, REMS and portal access.

Ensure learnings and feedback are swiftly and accurately relayed to the internal Autolus team.

Education and/ or experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations or related fields.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred

Excellent computer skills with excel, outlook, and word.

Previous experience in new employee onboarding preferred

8+ of relevant healthcare industry experience; healthcare consulting or operations management background is preferred

Fluency with project management frameworks and experience using project management tools

Manage the development of tools and resources to support the partner onboarding process, including identification of stakeholders, assessments, hosting SME events,

ACO program expertise and knowledge of provider and facility workflows and systems

Ability to manage a high performing team and develop talent

Demonstrate working knowledge of employment laws and legal issues as they relate to provider-facing recruitment and staffing.

Evaluate competition and recommend wage and salary/benefits to maintain competitive advantage.

Collaborate with clinical staff development/education to relate a streamlined and efficient orientation process.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience preferred.

Professional in Human Resources (PHR or SHRM-CP) certification preferred.

Three to five years prior recruiting/human resource experience preferred.
