Job Description
The Skin Clique believes in providing unmatched clinical training and onboarding to advanced practice providers. The Director of Recruiting and Onboarding will manage the provider recruiting and onboarding arm of The Skin Clique. Provider selection is imperative to our success, and we believe in recruiting the right provider, the first time, every time. They will also provide leadership in areas of recruitment and retention strategy, program design, tactical initiatives, and management.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
RECRUITMENT:
  • Continually develop and coach Talent Acquisition team to meet targets.
  • Identify and utilize recruiting resources within budgetary amounts.
  • Serve as subject matter expert on recruitment initiatives for advanced practice healthcare providers.
  • Communicate corporate culture when recruiting clinicians.
  • Supervise Provider Recruitment staff.
  • Serve as the liaison to the leadership team and team members.
  • Develop recruitment plans for different recruitment strategies.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of employment laws and legal issues as they relate to provider-facing recruitment and staffing.
  • Evaluate current processes and implement best practices across recruitment initiatives.
  • Utilize reports to identify trends, wage and salary structures, time to fill, recruiter statistics, and other reports as needed.
  • Evaluate competition and recommend wage and salary/benefits to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Work with Executive team, Operations Managers, and Clinical Supervisors to determine current and future provider staffing needs from a census and budgetary standpoint.
  • Participate in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct regular follow-up/training with key stakeholders to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Support growth initiatives and evaluate staffing needs.
  • Identify and execute sourcing strategies for advanced practice healthcare providers (nurse practitioners and physician assistants).
  • Stay informed about trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
  • Identify geographic areas of opportunity for the practice.
ONBOARDING:
  • Foster efficient onboarding processes with key attention to time of onboard and time of clinical practice launch.
  • Perform other duties as specified.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff development/education to relate a streamlined and efficient orientation process.
  • Partner with People Operations Director on strategic initiatives.

  • Able to effectively manage concurrent demands and multi-task.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Three to five years prior recruiting/human resource experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR or SHRM-CP) certification preferred.
  • Able to maintain high level of confidentiality.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
