Director Of Materials Manager Jobs

Significant progressively responsible management or executive experience in social services or similar human services agency

Develop processes and protocols for case management, record-keeping, data management, referral tracking, and ongoing communication strategies

8 years of professional experience in human services, social work, or a related field

Sophisticated knowledge and understanding of trauma-informed care approach and principals

Review and revise policies, practices, and procedures to ensure they are based on trauma-informed care principles

Provide leadership at regular staff meetings and representation of the project to City Leadership

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ad hoc analysis to support management decision-making

Experience with structured finance, including modeling asset debt and tax equity waterfalls structures

Bachelor’s in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred

Experience with enterprise cloud financial reporting software

Experience with tools like Vena and OneStream a plus

Strong guest stewardship skills including experience with written communication.

Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience

Minimum of 10 years materials management experience in manufacturing environment (products with sourced components a strong plus)

Experience in management across globally distributed locations

Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, building supplier relationships, material supply planning, and in-plant material management

Identify business risks and implementing resolutions and scalable mechanisms across the in-plant materials management and supply chain management function.

Establish a culture focused on continuous process improvements aimed at achieving predictability and efficient materials management operations.

Knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) systems is a plus.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management or related field.

Manage the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of the BOM in the Great Plain system.

5+ years of experience managing Bill of Materials in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of Great Plain systems and proficiency in MS Office suite.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.

Experience with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn how to use custom database programs

Demonstrated experience working with alternative grade parts and materials, such as commercial off-the-shelf for space-based applications ranging a variety of missions

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or a related engineering/STEM field

Current or willing/able to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance

Experience working in a Materials Management position including working in the production planning space

Be a change agent and able to direct and manage the culture of a site

Experienced in working with procurement teams to identify cost saving opportunities and optimize efficiency within your site

A bachelors degree in a relevant discipline (supply chain, engineering, business, etc.) or equivalent experience

Salary - $180,000 to $195,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits

Developed rolling financial forecast model to identify key variances rapidly and adjust cost management

Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management

Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals

Investment Banking or Management Consulting is a big plus but not required

Proficient inventory management knowledge within a Lean Manufacturing Environment.

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain and materials management within a manufacturing environment.

Develop and manage functional’ Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive performance and continuous improvement.
