Accuray develops, manufactures and sells radiotherapy systems for alternative cancer treatments. Our radiation therapy for cancer makes treatment shorter, safer, personalized and more effective, ultimately enabling patients to live longer, better lives.

Director of Materials Management with be responsible for Materials Planning, Purchasing and Inventory Management. They will be accountable for supplier delivery, minimizing production shortages, maintaining strategic safety stocks, while improving inventory turns. They will lead a team of 5-7 materials professionals to interface with 200 suppliers, manage 5000 part numbers and $160M of annual spend. This role will be based in Madison Wisconsin, and will report to the Chief Procurement Officer, with close alignment to the Strategic Sourcing Leaders.

Accuray pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Accuray Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
