Oversees the coordination of operational start-up and on-boarding for new practices with physician practice management staff.

Supervises the Medical Group's practice management team for the assigned practices and provides direction in determining appropriate staffing needs.

In collaboration with the Revenue Cycle management team, develops billing and collection performance criteria for the front end revenue cycle functions.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college preferably in Health Management or Business Administration. Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration preferred.

Supervises, leads and develops Office and Practice Managers to oversee day-to-day operations of the Medical Group's employed physician practices.

15+ years of professional experience working for a commercial real estate company in the capacity of an executive/director level.

Proven track record of managing, mentoring, developing a team of construction project managers.

Hybrid, flexible work environment, 2-3 days remote/2-3 days in the office/visiting job sites and clients.
