Director of Project Management | HYBRID in MA | $150k-$200k base + 25% bonus

Are you a Senior Project Manager or Director with experience working on Utility-scale solar and/or wind projects?

Manage and develop assigned staff toward maximum job performance and career potential.

Manage and oversee field operation and engineering processes and procedures.

Drive competencies to team on requirements for insurance, labor relations, and employee relations.

Organizational design skills around product management and has developed high performing teams in this functional area.

Proven experience balancing short- and long-term objectives (knowledge of Horizon methodology would be a benefit)

Possess excellent stakeholder management insights and abilities, working together across business units and regions

Experience with product development and high-volume sourcing in a global environment.

Can build a clear long-term vision and be an influencer with proven skills as a change agent

Experience in business, leadership, industry exposure, and Regional or preferably Global experience.
