Lead and manage our West Coast Execution team in the delivery of our microgrid projects

Evaluate, establish, maintain, and manage 3rd party trade partnerships/agreements and relationships with all subcontractors and vendors

Proven experience in talent management, human resources, or a related field, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.

In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and succession planning.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive talent management decisions.
