We are seeking a talented International Sales Manager to join our growing team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food sales, large market grocery sales, and CPG food sales. This position requires bilingual Spanish skills and the ability to travel up to 25% of the time. The territory for this position will be South America.


Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and marketing initiatives
  • Analyze syndicated data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales goals in the South American territory
  • Manage budgets and expenses related to sales activities
  • Attend trade shows and events to promote products and generate leads
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and distributors


Qualifications


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual Spanish skills required
  • Experience working in a global environment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • 7+ years of experience in food sales, large market grocery sales, and CPG food sales
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
