Job Title: Associate Director of CRM
Location: Hybrid | on-site 4x a week in Manhattan, NY
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: $140,000-$150,000 depending on experience.
A leading global luxury consumer brand based in NYC is looking to add an Associate Director of CRM and Lifecycle Marketing to their ever-growing team. As the Associate Director of CRM, you will be responsible for the ideation, development, and implementation of different full-funnel marketing strategies to help grow the brand. In this role, you will also be tasked with creating and delivering a consistent message across a variety of channels while also interacting with C-Suite executives.
Role Responsibilities:
- Analyze and develop a strategy to optimize the company’s loyalty program
- Create, develop, and execute different strategies to help grow the brand
- Define consumer segmentation and content strategies in campaigns to maximize ROI
- Monitor KPI results for North America
The Ideal Director:
- Hands-on marketer; comfortable working within a CRM platform daily
- 10+ years of experience leading full-funnel marketing for a leading consumer brand with a strong e-commerce presence
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Innovative and creative thinker that is able to persuade and drive stories
- Extensive digital analytics experience
- Complex problem-solver with keen attention to detail
- Able to think strategically but also execute with minimal production support
- Able to work on-site in Manhattan; this is not a remote role
