Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management concepts, practices, and technologies.

Oversee warehousing and inventory management processes, ensuring accurate inventory levels, efficient storage, and timely order fulfillment.

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field.

Proficient in using supply chain management software and technology tools.

Manage and optimize transportation operations, including carrier selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring.

Min. of 10 years of experience in manufacturing with 7+ years’ experience in management & leadership roles

Develop, implement, and manage workflows in a Supply Chain Management environment from order income through product generation and shipping.

Manage planning / scheduling-, procurement-, warehouse-, incoming goods-, shipping personal.

Knowledge of best practice logistic and SCM processes

Ability to develop and implement processes and systems within budget and schedule requirements

German speaking language skills preferred but not required

Sales and Field Marketing Management

• Manage delivery processes and resources to ensure timely delivery and optimal inventory management for all stakeholders.

• Collaborate with delivery resources to manage, rotate, and maintain fresh beverage inventory in each account.

• Participate in weekly staff meetings and training sessions to sharpen skills/competencies and continually increase sales effectiveness.

• Experience working within EOS/Traction Model desired, helpful but not required.

• Previous beverage, hospitality, food or wholesale to retail sales experience preferred but not required.
