We seek a Director to join our team. With headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona, and additional offices in Florida and Texas, we deliver exceptional client service and results.

Director, Business Consulting and Services

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies, working with clients to help them achieve their goals and improve performance
• Collaborate with team members, clients, and industry professionals
• Manage client relationships and build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met
• Provide thought leadership and industry insights to clients, helping them stay up-to-date on the latest trends and develpments in their fields
• Support M&A negotiations, prepare presentations, and perform due diligence
• Compile and analyze data to support project teams
• Foster client relationships to expand our practice
• Conduct financial and operational analysis, including profitability assessment and cash flow projections

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of industry experience at a major accounting or restructuring firm
• Thrive in fast-paced environments
• Core values of integrity, excellence, and kindness
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• CPA and/or MBA preferred
• Advanced financial modeling and analysis skills
