Keeps demos prepared to show

Pulls cars from inventory when needed

Fills deliveries or demos with gas

Takes sold inventory to make ready/prep center

Keeps all cars showroom ready

Helps perform physical inventory monthly

Knowledge of the principles and practices of leadership, supervision, and management.

Demonstrate grant writing, procurement, contract development, management and oversight.

Skill in applying thorough knowledge of the principles and practices of early childhood and family services delivery systems.

Ensure that all public meeting notice requirements are met; monitor and update by-laws, policies and procedures.

Orient new Commissioners and provide on-going support to Commissioners and advisory committees, ensuring adherence to legislative requirements.

Knowledge of early childhood development, beginning at the prenatal stage.

Keeping informed of the school’s legal responsibilities and liabilities

Manage weekly/monthly billing using the academy's management software

Key expertise will include state licensing, marketing, recruitment and staff supervision, operations management and customer service

Develop and strengthen partnerships with teachers, educational specialists, school/district administrators, churches and parent/teacher organizations

Exceptional organizational and project management abilities with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work

Great verbal and written communication skills

Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent administrative experience

Answer the phone with warmth and friendliness & properly route calls

Greet everyone in a positive manner

Maintain the appearance of the office and common areas and ensure the office is neat and prepared forbusiness

Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping

Required Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills:

Communicate internally with staff both in person and via YR Media’s online meeting, messaging and project management systems (Slack, Asana, Zoom);

Work from home stipend for remote employees

Assist the Facilities Manager with all procedures relating to Health, Safety and Security;

2-4 years of proven experience as front desk representative

Salary commensurate with education and experience.

Oversees program evaluation efforts and creates strategic plan to further develop program offerings

Manages annual budget; develops proposals and other initiatives for expanded program support

Manages professional and clerical staff

Bachelor's Degree and eight years' relevant experience required.

Developing and managing the program launch

3-5 years of customer service, reception/front desk or guest services experience

Exceptional communication and customer service skills (in person and via phone)

Strong organizational skills that support flexibility in managing multiple demands and priorities

Ability to greet and manage varying office traffic, maintaining calm demeanor under pressure
