Job Description
Poulin | Willey Trial Lawyers, the preeminent law firm specializing in personal injury litigation, workers' compensation, and class and mass actions, is looking for a Director of First Impressions. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for providing a professional and welcoming experience to visitors and callers alike, setting the tone for the firm's commitment to exceptional service. This role is ideal for someone with administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for making a meaningful impact in the legal industry.


Responsibilities


  • Be the face and voice of our firm, setting the tone for client relationships
  • Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Handle client inquiries and escalations effectively and professionally
  • Keep detailed records of all client interactions
  • Help to boost our online presence by acquiring Google reviews
  • Manage the disbursement process swiftly and efficiently
  • Monitor and respond to client feedback to improve service delivery
  • Identify and suggest improvements to our internal processes
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
  • Contribute in meetings with more than just your attendance, be an active participant and problem solver
  • Participate in marketing and business development initiatives


Requirements


  • 2+ years of relevant administrative experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
