Update and maintain field education website for the Department of Social Work

MSW with at least 2 years post MSW experience

2+ years of field service experience.

Strong organizational and proven leadership skills.

Must have experience managing projects with proven success.

Prior experience as a Field Service Technician is highly valued.

4 Knowledge of safety practice.

Must have experience hiring managing and mentoring teams

Liaise with regional sales, alliances and customer leaders to plan marketing activities for sales, partners and customers

Define strategy for each tradeshow and event, including pre-, during-, and post-event activities that maximize the return on investment

3-5 years of project management experience

Manage terminations of field resources based on performance of job duties.

Problem solving ability, resource identification and efficient management of resources

Provide leadership to Field Managers. Field Managers are eyes and ears in the field and are our best QA/QC resource.

Manage the schedule to ensure employees are working an agreed amount of weeks in the field while executing projects.

Assist in development, maintenance, and enforcement of company safety program and OSHA certification program.

Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the casino industry slot machine and casino management systems experiences preferred.

Escalating, managing, communicating issues to Development, Senior Management, and customers accordingly.

Must have strong analytical, critical thinking skills, combined with strong multitasking abilities.

Working closely with key leaders in Sales, Finance, Field Operations, Aristocrat Support Center, and Development on forecast and business objectives.
