7 - 10 years of experience with notable progression in Project Management/Professional Services.

Management and leadership experience required.

Knowledge and understanding of Project Management best practices and tools.

Knowledge of current developments and trends in policing best practices, project management, and related technology.

5 or more years of project management, business operations, executive support, or related experience.

Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.

Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.

Provide support to other members of management and department as requested.

Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.

Identifies opportunities for standardization of processes to improve efficiency and enhance the experience of those interacting with the office.

Ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in project and/or program management and/or leading strategic initiatives.

Effective organizational, analytical, confidentiality, quantitative, writing, multi-tasking and time management skills.

Seven (7) years of supervisory, managerial, and or leadership experience

Have excellent customer service skills, and the ability to provide internal and external customers with a courteous and professional experience.

Develop, manage, and advance effective relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support enhanced administrative functions.

Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills with ability to obtain buy-in with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated success creating a culture of inclusion. Excellent management skills, comfort managing “up”.

Work generally requires at least seven years of progressive administrative or project management type work.

Organizational Planning/ Project Management (30%)

The OC will define team member roles & responsibilities in a way that is accessible to stakeholders outside of the unit.

Experience and affinity for the arts/ humanities is strongly preferred.

Strong organizational skills and proven track record of assessing organizational strengths and needs, as well as executing plans across teams;

· 5+ years Facilities Management experience

· 3- 5 yrs. experience with building systems and project management

· 3-5+ years Supervisory experience

· 2+ years financial reporting and budgeting experience

· Computer literacy; OPAS data experience preferred but not essential (will train)

· Strong written and verbal communication skills
