A minimum 4 years of experience within construction program management/ PMO.

Responsible for the management of resource planning and resource forecasting aligned to the strategic business case or capital investment plan.  

Oversight of management, identification, and implementation of connect projects mitigation plans identified for critical risks and opportunities.  

Oversight of the management, identification and implementation of strategic and program improvement initiatives, lessons learnt and best practice. 

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or a related technical field. 

Competent user of data management software and systems for data management, analytics, and quality assurance 

Own the product lifecycle management from requirements to deployment

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a product manager 

Review verification processes, quality metrics, and manage product training

Customer success and relationship manager 

Create a product roadmap and define product requirements based on customer input

Oversee proposals, RFIs, RFQs, and other charging customer procurement requirements

Strong relationship builder and highly skilled in relationship management

Management and successful execution of multiple localization projects

Serve as consultant to upper management in establishing long-range goals and preparing proposals for new business

Minimum of 5 years experience in leading high performing engineering teams; experience managing other people managers

Expertise in Waterfall and Agile project management methods

Great organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate technical information and strategic goals

Analyze and provide insight on federal and state incentives available to EV charging infrastructure

Analyze and distil tariff options and trajectories across utility territories of interest

Analyze relevant policies impacting energy sourcing strategy, including net metering, green tariffs, community solar programs, virtual PPA opportunities, etc.

Analyze expected policies impacting the competitive environment, including utility participation opportunities and terms
