Bachelor’s degree in higher education administration, student affairs, or related disciplines

Monitors the effective operation of security, fire alarm, and energy management systems to assure full operational condition;

Direct and manage spring and summer half-day virtual retreats for ACU Online faculty and staff.

Provide a turnkey service to the Director of Energy Solutions while supporting him/her with stakeholder and customer relations management

Experience working within higher education environment preferred

Manage the $50m+ per year business

Flourish and maintain cooperative and collaborative interaction with various university departments and managers for the long-term success of the Concession Agreement

10 years of work experience in a related field

Detailed knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.

Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program.

Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.

Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in a DOT/FMCSA compliance role.

Logistics and transportation industry experience preferred.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Demonstrated strong organization and time management skills and multi-tasking abilities.

8 years or more of Safety and Health or Safety Management role or related experience in personnel safety

Establish a management of change (MOC) and pre-implementation safety and risk assessment process

Develop a comprehensive safety park audit program to help park management identify potential safety hazards opportunities for continuous improvement.

Support claims management to triage and identify policy and procedure opportunities

Legal and Claims Management (compliance)

Interpersonal skills and experience working in a small team environment

Executive-level written and oral communication skills

Ability to network and build strong relationships with community leaders

Aptitude to build a strong professional network

Ensures that the safety coaches maintain the OSHA safety log and other administrative requirements related to safety operations and regulations.

Extensive knowledge of current company safety policies and applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

At least five years of occupational health and safety experience in an industrial environment required.

10+ years of work experience in construction safety, specifically High Voltage electrical

Excellent written and spoken communication skills

BS/BA in Occupational Safety and Health, Industrial Hygiene, or equivalent work experience

Develop communication between subsidiaries to share information in safety activities.

Act as a consultant and advisor to subsidiaries in safety-related matters.

Provide innovative ideas to continuously improves processes and procedures within the safety department and CIC Group Construction companies.

Good verbal and communicative skills

Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

5+ years security related experience

Law enforcement, military or security experience

Requires a background check upon offer

Requires a drug check upon offer

Five (5) years progressive administrative, supervisory, and management experience in law enforcement or security settings

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience (law enforcement, security and/or higher education).

Five (5) years of related security experience or law enforcement equal in scope to the requirements and duties of this position.

Proficiency with technology, especially data management systems and emergency notification systems

Adult CPR with First Aid and Automatic External Defibrillation (AED) certification required within 60-days of employment.

Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification or similar security certification highly desirable, but not required at the time of employment.
