Change management skills to lead continuous improvement initiatives and projects.

Prepare and/or present a variety of key metric, manufacturing and operations reports to management. Analyze results and make recommendations for improvements.

2 years' experience in complex industrial manufacturing or chemical processing environment.

Troubleshooting and problem solving skills are essential to resolve quality and efficiency issues.

Strong Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)

Provides day to day technical trouble-shooting for the department and support of operations.

Performing minor maintenance activities on production equipment as directed by the Operations Manager

Pay Range: $19.00-$22.00/hr The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate’s years of experience and/or skill level.
