Manage weekly marketing schedule with 1-2 weeks of future planning.

Share a variety of content 2-3x per week across multiple marketing channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and MailChimp Newsletter

Create original high-quality posts using Adobe, Canva, or another software if preferred.

Prepare, edit, and post short clips on filmed CEO interviews with advisors, co-founders, and other parties.

Stay informed about critical issues in major professional sports leagues (NHL, NBA, NFL, MLB, and International Soccer).

Location: New York City, 3 days in office per week

Reports To: Senior Design Director, Packaging

•Current student or recent graduate in Graphic Design or a related field

You have skills in time management, communication and organizational skills

Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio

Strong communicator that has the ability to prioritize and manage work while adhering to critical timelines.

Experience translating concepts and information into visual deliverables.

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent experience.

Ability to work up to 20 hours per week, Candidate will be working remotely

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

Approximate Duration: June through August

Hours: 2-5 days/week or 16-40 hours/week (can accommodate school schedule)

Supporting project 2D staff with exhibit graphic design development

Contributing to exhibit visual identity development

Familiarity with project management software.

2-3 years of related experience with strong design/creative background; experience in creating for

UX/UI mindset/experience and focus on mobile design a plus.

Sharp design intuition, excellent typography skills, and unwavering attention to detail.

Strong knowledge of digital best practices and channel formats (i.e. Instagram stories vs. display banners)

Ability to track, manage, prioritize, and anticipate workload and communicate proactively to Senior Digital Designer and Creative Ops (Project Manager).

Collaborate with the social media manager to create social assets: page posts, Instagram stories, animations/gifs.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience, specifically in digital design; experience in luxury, fashion, and retail brands preferred.

Strong typography skills are a must.

Experience with online media, social networks, and digital trends.

HTML and CSS experience is a plus.

Concept and design assets for 360 campaigns, including emails, ads, social content, blog posts, promotional content, etc.

Knowledge of African architecture or global modernisms more generally

Describe an individual or an experience that has influenced your perception of the arts.

Working on an upcoming exhibition on West African modernist architecture

Assisting with conceptual framework of the exhibition catalogue

Assisting with identifying and corresponding with potential external essay contributors

Researching and collect visual material for potential inclusion in the catalogued photographic essays

Develop test plans and procedures to ensure the developed product meets the specified requirements.

At least 3 years of relevant experience

Experience with FPGA design using the latest generation Xilinx or Intel chipsets

Knowledge of RTL simulation, synthesis, and timing analysis

Experience with ADCs, DACs, DDR memories

Knowledge of communication standards such as SPI, I2C, Ethernet and AXI
