Receives high level instructions on work; determines methods on new assignments; greater demonstrated independence; may manage junior staff

Experience with qualification and validation of assays in regulated environments preferable

EDUCATION, BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

Serve as Project Leader to manage timelines and report project updates.

Demonstrate ability to work in a matrixed team environment and the ability to effectively manage cross-functional groups.

Maintain current knowledge related to the field of molecular virology/Immunology and vaccine research and development relevant to the vaccine pipeline.

Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
