Good documentation skills, experience with GxPs a bonus

Experience in Biochemistry method development and validation for chromatographic and electrophoretic techniques in a GMP environment.

Experience in Biochemistry analytical techniques, both chromatographic and electrophoretic in a GMP environment.

Experience with biochemistry methods used in protein and antibody molecules.

Experience in participating in validation activities and understanding validation components.

Reverse Phase, Ion Exchange, and/or Size Exclusion types of chromatography experience.

Experience in cell, molecular, and immune assays; including cell-based assays, ELISAs, electrophoresis, WB and PCR techniques.

Experience with GLP and/or GMP and hands-on experience with HPLC and/or GC.

Experience with LIMS system desirable.

Familiarity and/or experience in a laboratory setting is required.

Good organizational skills; ability to follow direction and good communication skills are required.

A Master’s degree in a relevant field may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree and experience.
