Review and evaluate website user behavior analytics

Identify opportunities to improve all components of the current website, including the UI, layout, and page components

Create storyboards, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes for website redesign

Drive the implementation of the redesign, working with a web development agency to build the website

Conduct remote, on-site, and in-field user research studies with Etsy buyers and sellers

Experience conducting UX research, employing methods such as in-depth user interviews, contextual inquiry, journey mapping, participatory design, and usability testing

Experience leading research at different parts of the product development process, from discovery to delivery

Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, related field, or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience in an applied research setting, or similar.
