Figma experience is required
• 12+ years experienced professionals in UX Design, should have worked on Design systems, creating a seamless brand experience on internal and external enterprise level applications.
• Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.
• Work collaboratively with other stakeholder, marketing team to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user-experience.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes engineers, product managers to create simple, easy-to-use software.
• Define the UX vision and create UX strategies.
• Define and inform the process and roadmap
• Understand how the end user will interact with the platform and carve the structure and flow to make that possible
• Use your solid grasp of user research, information architecture, interaction design, and content strategy to clearly communicate to teams and clients
• Ensure that User Experience teams align their direction with their organization’s business plan
• Facilitate strategic, customer-centric decision making
• Work across business units and departments.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative user research.
• Synthesize customer data from many sources to identify opportunities and recommend design directions.
• Connect design strategy to business results.
Technical & Professional Requirements:
•10 to 12 years of professional experience in UX design.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your relevant experience.• Experience as a UI/UX Architect.
• Able to lead, inspire and organize design teams to deliver top notch experiences through user-centric design methodologies
• Complex problem-solver.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Have a flexible approach and be creative.
Education:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in behavioral science or closely related discipline.
• Qualifying fields include but are not limited to: Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology (Cognitive or Experimental), Interface Design, or Computer Science.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in Human Factors as a Usability Analyst, Usability Support Analyst or similar role in a professional environment.
Certification:
Certifications in Human Factors, User Experience/User Interface Design
