Assists in planning, developing, coordinating, and leading Division-wide strategic operational activities.

Conceptualize, assign and produce high-end, refined photography for the Entertainment, Envelope, Lifestyle, Food, West Coast Experiences and Image departments

Work with newsroom leadership to help set and manage goals for the team

Minimum of five years of experience as a photo editor, with a background in features, fashion or entertainment a plus

Experience producing portraits and collaborating with different stakeholders to bring ideas to life

Archival and photo illustration experience

Expertise in technical skills including proficiency in Photoshop and color theory

Deep understanding of change management principles and practices and excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Human Resources or equivalent work experience.

Ten years of experience in a change management role.

Developing and implementing change management strategies and plans to support the successful adoption of changes in the organization.

Leading and managing a team of change management professionals to ensure the smooth execution of change initiatives.

Developing training programs to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to support the changes.

Bachelor’s degree and professional certification in change management

10+ years of progressive change management experience, including experience on a large cross functional, multi-national technology implementation program

Work collaboratively across business units, functions and initiative leaders to prioritize including stakeholder engagement/management, communications, training, and organizational transitions

Expertise in communications, instructional design, organizational development, and/or other change management area

Strong communication skills, including developing content and presenting to diverse audiences (Board of Directors, Executives, project stakeholders, etc.)

Assisting the Project Manager with schedule, budget, risk, opportunity, and prioritization management.
