Deputy Director Of Change Jobs in Arkansas

Assist in the monitoring of various contract administrative requirements, including Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) goals and Project Labor Agreements.

This position is exempt from NYC residency requirements.

Plan, assign and review the work of Construction Resident Engineers.

Direct contractors on compliance with plans and specifications and approve changes in the field.

Responsible for State Pollution Discharge Elimination System site inspections.

Serve as a liaison with other agencies and departments, utility companies, contractors, consultants, community boards and the general public.

Ongoing management of the political, civic engagement, and legislative programs

Expertise in electoral voter contact, including paid canvass, voter registration, volunteer management and phone banking

Manage and develop various Department-leads (Communications, Data, Field)

Liaison with the relevant wider organizational departments, including Technology, Finance, Operations, and Policy to ensure maximum coordination

3-4 cycles of electoral campaign experience with increasing responsibility, particularly in data-driven, digital-first environments

Critical thinking and problem solving skills to assess threats and recommend actionable solutions
