Facilitate selling agreement process with various broker-dealers and financial intermediaries

Communicating intra-day cash flow information in real time to Portfolio Management and Trading teams

Detailing cash flow discrepancies to Portfolio Management teams

Financial services or mutual fund industry experience is preferred

Strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions is essential

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software, with an emphasis in Excel

Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation

Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to solve problems, alleviate conflicts, and escalate tactfully

Ability to work individually and as a team member

Weekly Pay $800 - $1000

Demonstrates knowledge of Consumer Bank Customer Service Expectation & offer each customer exceptional customer service as outlined by Branch Management.

Accepting checks or coupons for cashing, identifying customers, verifying endorsements and balances, and/or referring customers to branch management for authorization.

Contribute to Branch Sales/Service Plan as detailed by Branch Management

Shows accuracy and balancing skills by maintaining a balancing rate of 85% in accordance with Retail Policies and Procedure manual.

1-2 year: One to two years general experience and the successful completion of the retail training program.

Accepting deposits, verifying endorsements, and issuing receipts.

Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member's expectations

Bonus paid out in two installments. $250 after 90 days of successful employment and $250 after 180 days of successful employment.

Greet members and provide exceptional customer service. Make members feel comfortable and welcome!

Check members in, tour and sign-up new members, log amenities, and communicate updates and events to members and guests.

Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Conduct beverage or merchandise purchases on the point-of-sale system.

Performs related duties and fulfills responsibilities as required. Job Requirements

High School Diploma orGED equivalent (recognized by the Texas Education Agency or a regional accrediting agency).

One (1) year of experience dealing with the public servicing client/customer requests.

Knowledge in Child Care program.

Knowledge with The Workforce Information System of Texas (TWIST) Database.

Skill in utilizing a personal computer and associated software programs.

Service-minded with good communications skills

Able to provide an engaging and rewarding experience for our live players

1-2 years of work experience in a customer service and hospitality-oriented role.
