Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information

This is a full time, benefit eligible remote position, open to Missouri residents.

Experience in a trading floor environment providing engineering support strongly preferred, particularly Oil & Gas (commodity trading)

Experience in supporting Cloud 9 preferred, will consider IPC and BT experience

Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

Knowledge of the theory and practice of the functional applications for voice and data network engineering.

Ability to write reports, specifications, contract documents, and formulate life cycle projections.

Experience with the Mitel SX2000 PBX system

Experience maintaining dial plans during to a new Cisco system

5+ years experience in Cisco UC Manager / Call Manager (CUCM)

Monitor and manage our cisco voice and video platforms

Review, design, plan, implement, and manage all Voice Over IP services

Manage traditional telecommunication systems and services, and telephony contact center

In-depth knowledge of Cisco Voice, Video technologies and H323, SIP, MGCP, Q931 signaling protocols

Strong Knowledge of voice recording (NICE/ Verint), Contact Center, network routing &switching technologies ,and protocols

Experience with medium to large enterprise organizations with multiple remote locations.

Experience working with application owners and other IT stakeholders to build and support the most efficient and stable networking capabilities.

Experience with 24 X 7 support leadership in conjunction with a managed service provider maintaining accountability and measurement of uptime.

Bachelor’s degree in information systems or equivalent experience.

Cisco Certifications such as CCNP or other Voice Certifications are a plus.

Experience with LAN/WAN technologies and QOS design & implementation.

Must be proficient inside TEC facilities management and ticketing systems to perform customer record updates, ticket/case creation, updates, and closures

May utilize knowledge of telephone and network system, hardware, technologies, construction, installation practices, and repair/troubleshooting of related equipment

Responsible for provisioning, installation, and troubleshooting support of customer orders and services

May perform preventative maintenance duties to telephone/network hardware and systems

May assist other engineers and technicians with telephony services, concepts, and troubleshooting

Required to perform daily monitoring of telephony switching and transport equipment and systems

Must have Cisco Call Manager and Cisco Unity voice mail systems experience

Prior experience working in a healthcare setting a plus

Independently provides new user creation and basic support of cloud-based web conferencing (WebEx).

1+ years of experience with video over IP and baseband SDI.

1+ years of experience with voice communications systems (i.e. RTS, ClearComm, MOTOTRBO).

Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols.

3+ years of experience in basic construction techniques and the use of power tools, hand tools, and calibrated tooling.

Experience in the space exploration industry, aviation, military or other high-reliability operating environment.
