Job Description
Responsibilities:

Sentinel is seeking a Mitel Voice Engineer for a part time project opportunity. One of Sentinel’s strategic partners is migrating from a Mitel SX 2000 system to Cisco. This candidate will be assisting our projects team roughly 20 hours a week. This work will be a mix of onsite and remote while hours may include after hours and weekends. This is located in Downers Grove, IL.

Qualifications:
  • The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
  • Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
  • Experience with the Mitel SX2000 PBX system
  • Proficiency with analog cross connect or block location tagging
  • A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Configuring station removal and repointing to new trunks
  • Comfortability with flexible part time hours to include after hours and weekends
  • Ability to perform cluster integrations with SIP and QSIG
  • Experience maintaining dial plans during to a new Cisco system
