Voice Engineer 2 Jobs

Our client is a best in-class IT solutions and services company, and right now they are looking to fill a Voice Engineer 2 role for one of their main clients who is one of the top hospitals in Georgia. They are looking for a candidate to responsible for assisting with the support, maintenance, and implementation of the telecommunications infrastructure for the enterprise. The ideal candidates that we are looking for would be someone with several years of telecom and voice engineering experience primarily working with Cisco Call Manager.

**This would be a fully onsite 6-month contract to hire in Macon, GA**

Required Skills & Experience

• CCNA or CCNP desired
• Prior experience working in a healthcare setting a plus
• 4+ years of experience including hands-on knowledge of the installation, implementation, configuring, programming, and maintenance of telecommunications equipment, video conferencing equipment, and voice/data equipment
• Must have Cisco Call Manager and Cisco Unity voice mail systems experience

Essential Job Requirements

• Monitors telecom infrastructure and par levels of equipment.
• Independently provides new user creation and basic support of cloud-based web conferencing (WebEx).
• \Independently provides VoIP programming for basic installations and assists with complex installations.
• Performs implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of the Cisco Unified Collaboration (UC) environment including Cisco Call Manager and Cisco Unity voice mail systems.
• Provides technical support to telecom initiatives in the areas of preventative maintenance, configuration back-ups, capacity planning, telecom redundancy, and disaster recovery
