Prior experience with content management systems such as Veeva Vault or Zinc Maps

Digital marketing support for digital asset management, approved email, and closed loop marketing.

Serve as key business partner with IT, Commercial Operations by establishing collaborative working relationships with regards to data management best practices

Work closely with manager to develop training and dissemination plan for metrics across the organization.

3+ years of experience in operations, IT, or data analytics in the healthcare industry

Prior experience with dashboard reporting tools such as Qlik or Tableau

College degree in CIS, Data Management, Data Analytics, or equivalent training and/or experience.

Develop and design solutions with security as a critical design requirement for data, systems, and applications.

Experience developing Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines

Experience with Snowflake technologies is a plus

Knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling methodologies, tools and best practices.

Knowledge of Microsoft SQL stack including T-SQL, SSRS, and SSIS.

Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Decision Science, Operations and Technology teams to ensure smooth execution and meeting all control requirements

Develop analytical reports and presentations for senior management, executive committees, and regulatory exams.

3+ years of experience in the job offered or in a similar quantitative role

Knowledge of collections and recoveries regulatory requirements

Keep up to date with applicable regulations and compliance requirements with possible interactions with internal and external regulators

Manage and mentor junior analysts to deliver on analytical projects

Confer with end-users, clients and senior management defining business requirements for complex systems and infrastructure development.

Directly lead and mentor data technology and engineering support and development teams for enterprise assets.

Education, Certificates, Licenses: BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree, licensure, or experience.

Design, implement and maintain multi-dimensional models or “Cubes” to meet specific business requirements.

Design dimensional data models using Kimball data warehouse design techniques.

Develop ETL/ELT processes using Python and SQL on our Databricks data lake house platform.

Participate in on-call rotation in support of the ETL/ELT nightly schedule.

Periodically, develop standardized parameterized reports using Microsoft SQL Reporting Services from multiple data sources.
