Business Analyst- Data and Analytics

You will be responsible for

Stays up-to-date with latest developments and trends in Global Data Governance and Master Data Management.

Design and maintain data quality monitoring practices to ensure that reports and analyses are complete, timely and accurate every time.

Provide data stewards with necessary reports/tools to work consistently on increasing data quality from collection to usage.

Work with stewards to help resolve data quality issues.

Evaluate existing data models, structure, and data flow to identify areas for improvement.

Design and implement ETL processes to streamline data collection, processing, and analysis.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Act as a project management liaison for technology upgrades, facility upgrades, summer intern onboarding and more

Participate and help lead strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects within Business Support Management

Manage the on/off boarding on new hires and employees, transfers in/out of employees in the business

Review and certification of Physical Floor Access

Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of experience in a business support/client facing function

Job Title: Management Analyst / Business Analyst

Create Project initiation & overview documents and established Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).

Conduct elicitation techniques like document analysis to understand the requirements and create functional documents.

Refine and prioritize product backlog, writing functional user Stories and gathering requirements.

Create project plans, tracking and communicating project status, and milestones with the Project Manager and Supervisor.

Prepare Functional specifications document for the project primarily for the user stories and giving insights about the functionalities.

Key experience-2: Requirement gathering, stakeholder communication, working with data engineers to deliver data products

Basic: 4-5+years experience, based out of US, Canada, immediate joiner

Domain: Some insurance domain/ data knowledge is must- Life and health insurance is good to have

Key experience-1: Identify, prioritize and deliver data products, data strategy, data product creation, business value mapping

Technical: SQL, Python, Data Analysis
