Performs data entry for customer complaints, telephone system reports, departmental monthly reports, and other reports as appropriate.
Basic knowledge of all City department functions
Responds to telephone or radio inquiries for a variety of information.
Facilitates service for customers, including all utility account maintenance.
Provides customer service by responding to requests for information from customers and resolving related problems.
Performs administrative duties by copying, filing, faxing, typing, entering data, and preparing, storing, and distributing mail and correspondence.
