Manage daily high-volume calls, live chat, and Zendesk support emails.

Place orders over the phone, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues by offering solutions.

1 year of similar call center or retail experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must have analytical thinking skills and a detail-oriented personality.

Experience using E-commerce platform & software (Shopify, Magento, ShipStation, Fulfillify, Zendesk, etc.)

Enter data for inbound and/or outbound freight into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and create bills of lading (BOLs)

Ability to communicate effectively with carriers, customers, employees and management

1 year of customer service experience

6 months of experience in a warehouse setting

Coordinate workload allocation among warehouse workers, material handlers and drivers

Prepare work orders; troubleshoot orders and resolve discrepancies as needed

Promote and explain products and services offered by BankNorth to all customer

Knowledge of the various products, services, and delivery systems

Must have a positive attitude, leadership skills, and a strong customer orientation.

Work hours/days listed are intended to be a general schedule.

Process a wide range of teller transactions for lobby, drive-up, and telephone customers in a timely, efficient, accurate and courteous manner

Maintain balanced cash drawer and appropriate cash limits

Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability

Data entry in various platforms

At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience.

Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat

Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs

Take call offs, document situation, notify local management, and assist in filling post.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

Day Shift (6:30am-3:00pm, with a 30 minute lunch)

Evening Shift (2:30p-11:00p, with a 30 minute lunch)

Overnight Shift (10:30pm-7:00am, with a 30 minute lunch)
