Customer Service Representative Jobs in Alaska

Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability

Data entry in various platforms

At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience

Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat

Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs

Provide customer feedback to management to continuously improve the customer/end user experience.

Demonstrated computer skills (minimum typing of 35 wpm) including email, web applications, etc.

This is a work from home position, Monday thru Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

Experience in healthcare, military or managed care environment

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices – formal training or experience

Deliver a consistent customer experience by providing efficient and timely resolutions to our Tricare beneficiaries & providers
