Role Description

• Serves as a support role to the current SMR Planners in the Customer Logistics department.

Role Responsibilities

  • Tracking shipments of allocated items
  • Manage order revisions/swaps due to Allocation Blocks, Changes, etc.
  • Order management/Delivery Appt updates
  • Tracking and communicating product allocation changes/requests
  • Assist with replenishment planning/inventory uploads
  • Centralizing report running

Requirements

  • Proven analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills
  • Associates or bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, supply chain planning or logistics roles
  • Solid capabilities in MS Office Applications – particularly Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and manage customer expectations
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in order management systems (SAP preferred)
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work independently and interface with internal and external customers across various levels of the organization
