Experience in instructional design and/or creating learning and development programs, leadership development, change management and organizational development initiatives

Strong expertise in change management and experience in revamping and/or creating processes such as talent reviews, succession planning and performance management.

Strong project management and communication skills

Verifiable track record of success partnering with management, serving as a credible and trusted resource.

Manage LMS and create and manage KPIs ad success metrics

Experience delivering training as well as facilitating audiences of varying sizes towards driving outcomes

Project management skills and an ability to work well in a team environment

Strong organizational, problem solving, time management and resolution skills.

Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for degree.

Manage Influencers relationships ie. appearances, production days, content creation.

Develop and manage Culture Marketing integration through strategic placement and targeting of specific brand Initiatives.

Act as Culture Marketing department lead in absence of Senior Manager or Director

Ideally having experience of business enablement/change management projects

Facilitate live learning experiences on topics such as Culture, Manager Development, Hospitality, Onboarding

Program manage multiple learning initiatives (and the project team, including external vendors).

Experience building learning programs with sustainment strategies in place

Identify ways to share best practice designs across the team, take the lead on team upskills.

Ensure continuity and alignment of all learning experiences and communications (i.e.; Corporate values, branding, leadership concepts/models, business strategies, etc.)

4-6 years of relevant working experience

Arts and Culture PR experience is preferred

Superior knowledge of arts sector

Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously

Excellent written and verbal skill

Knowledge of Cision and other PR industry tools
